Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Lerici

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’appartamento di Lorenzo e Francesca, ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è fornita di tutto ed è molto luminosa, comoda per spostarsi a piedi e la signora del palazzo che ci ha accolto è stata molto gene disponibile. Ottima opzione per un weekend a Levanto.

Świetne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, z pieknym widokiem. W rzeczywistości jest wieksze niz na zdjęciach. Bardzo czysto, mieszkanie jest zadbane i przytulne. Najlepiej dotrzec do niego samochodem, ale pieszo tez nie jest najgorzej. Zeby dotrzec do przystanku aquasanta trzeba przejść tunelem pod ulicą, skad autobus zabiera nas do samego centrum. Raffaella szybko odpowiada na wiadomosci, a zameldownie bardzo sprawne. Bardzo polecam!

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

esperienza ottima, l'appartamento era molto pulito. anche il parcheggio è stato facile da trovare in zona nonostante fosse la sera prima di un corso mascherato. Giovanna è stata molto cordiale e gentile e ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa.

Matteo was a brilliant host. Really friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location of the apartment is brilliant. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to the station. We loved exploring the nearby towns and our highlight was the hiking trail. So picturesque! We hope to return one day. Thank you Matteo!

What a view! Arturo’s place was fantastic. Well looked after with fantastic facilities and a stunning view across the bay of La Spezia, without being too close to be disturbed, and yet close enough to explore the beautiful coastal towns this area has to offer. Arturo kindly picked us up from the train station and was very accommodating, telling us everything that was around the apartment and giving us every last detail about buses, trains and cheapest places to get ferries. It was a delight to stay here and we would highly recommend.

Hôte très accueillant et qui a pris la peine de nous attendre pour nous remettre les clés malgré notre retard. Il nous a expliqué toutes les fonctionnalités dans l’appartement (attention bien prendre les clés quand on sort de l’appartement car l’appartement se ferme automatiquement à clé en fermant la porte). Parking privé avec portail fermé à clé donc très sécurisé ! Clim dans les deux chambres et dans le séjour très apprécié après une bonne journée de randonnée ! Tout était parfaitement propre. Séjour très agréable je recommande. Appartement au 2/3 eme étage sans ascenseur.

Ottima esperienza con Piera. Soggiorno per due, con esigenze particolari e orari non comodissimi per il check-in. La disponibilità di Piera si è contraddistinta, per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità nell’accettare le condizioni proposte. Casa molto carina e tranquilla, consiglio vivamente per un esperienza fuori dalla confusione ma vicina al mare (che dista poco). Casa ordinata e pulita, ottima qualità prezzo. Dovessimo ripassare sicuramente ci fermeremmo volentieri!

Siamo stati felicissimi di soggiornare nella casa di Massimo! La casa è accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e arredata con grande gusto. Si respira un’atmosfera di tranquillità e positività, perfetta per rilassarsi. Massimo è un host eccezionale: gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto attento. È stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e sentirsi così ben accolti. Grazie di cuore per questa meravigliosa esperienza — non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Maria Victoria ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, schon die Anfahrt ist es wert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Santa Lucia hat eine wunderbare Lage in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön - aus den Bergen der Region schaut man auf das Meer am Horizont. Von Santa Lucia können mit dem Auto weitere größere Städte und auch der Strand erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um zu sitzen, in der Sonne zu liegen oder im Freien zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen. Gloria war eine tolle, offene und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Casa Gloria ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise durch die Toskana. Wir kommen wieder, um dieses Fleckchen Erde noch einmal genießen zu können.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Séjour de 2 nuits très agréable à Ricco di Golfo. Le logement est cosy et très mignon, et l'hôtesse très accueillante et aimable. La Spezia est à 10 minutes et Pise n'est pas loin. Nous recommandons le logement !

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Matteo. Nous avons eu le meilleur accueil de tout notre séjour en Italie: nous avons eu une arrivée tardive (21h30) et c'est la mère et le père de Matteo qui nous ont fait visiter le logement en nous expliquant comment tout fonctionnait. Mieux encore : nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nous faire notre premier souper et petit-déjeuné. C'était vraiment le highlight de notre séjour. C'est également très près de tout, environ 10 minutes de marche de la gare, des épiceries, des restaurants, etc. Nous avons eu un petit pépin et Matteo a appeler sa mère qui est arrivée en moins de 5 minutes. WoW, ça c'est du service :)! Voici une liste rapide de nos impressions. Pros : - Accueil incroyable +++ - Air climatisée dans tout le logement - Cuisine très fonctionnelle - Très spacieux - Accessible partout à la marche Cons : - la porte de la douche devra peut-être être réparée. C'est le Airbnb qui nous fait réellement sentir "home away from home"! Merci ++++

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Merci encore à Fulvio pour la qualité de son accueil et ses nombreux conseils concernant le quartier . L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre et vraiment très bien situé. Il est à proximité de la gare , des bus , d’un supermarché et de petits restaurants locaux . Accès aux Cinque Terre très facile . Nous avons aussi visité les carrières de Carrare et Porto Venere. L'appartamento è esattamente come mostrato nelle foto, accogliente e pulito. La finestra della camera da letto ha un vista splendida. Raggiungerlo è stato facile grazie alle indicazioni forniteci da Davide. La presenza del parcheggio rappresenta sicuramente un grande punto a favore considerando la difficoltà, in tutti i paesi della zona, a trovarne non solo di liberi ma anche a pagamento. Davide è un host attento, cordiale e super disponibile e noi ci siamo trovati benissimo, grazie.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti meravigliose in un posto davvero incantevole. L’alloggio era curato, pulito e molto accogliente, con un bellissimo arredamento in legno e un letto comodissimo. C’era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno per stare bene e rilassarci. Abbiamo adorato la piscina privata, gli animali presenti nella proprietà (galline e gatti adorabili!) e la tranquillità del posto. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità dell’host e della sua famiglia: per qualsiasi cosa erano presenti e pronti ad aiutarci. La posizione è comoda sia per raggiungere Pietrasanta (circa 15 minuti) che Forte dei Marmi (una decina di minuti), ma allo stesso tempo immersa nella natura, perfetta per staccare la spina. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto a coppie, famiglie, o a chiunque cerchi relax e un po’ di pace. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
