It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness with also the sound of the sea!

Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Independent studio of 33 m2, with private pool, quietly located in a residential area. Free parking in front of the property. Close to Tanchet beach 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the corniche. Comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its exteriors. Pets are not allowed, no smoking. Check-in time: 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. and check out before 10 A.M., key given by the host upon arrival. Franco-English hosts.

This independent accommodation is located above our house. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool and garden. The bottom of the garden overlooks the lake, kayaks are available to you.

La Nillière, between the countryside and the ocean

Charming cottage, rated 3 stars, in the quiet countryside and close to the sea (13 km from Les Sables). Recent accommodation (2022), independent (private access), adjoining the owners' home. Guests will have access to a terrace and a private garden. You will have at your disposal a heated indoor pool (open from 05/01 to 10/01). The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed (crib available). The kitchen is well equipped with a dining area and a sofa bed.

Everything is accessible on foot, you can also easily access the town center/Sables d’Olonne embankment thanks to the ferryman. The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.
