An entrance hall for ski equipment. Ground floor: kitchen-dining room then living room with wood-burning stove and balcony, unobstructed mountain view. A triple bedroom (bunk bed + trundle bed). 1 bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, one with an additional single bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed + TV area.

Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

A traditional Mountain village house full of charm with beautiful features and some beams date back to the original building. The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.
