Maison de charme du XVIII siécle rénovée avec grand séjour et cheminée, vue dégagée sur campagne avec riviére, sur propriété de 5000 m2, dans petit village proche de Verneuil sur Avre, ville historique et de Center Parc (golf, tennis,…) Nous pouvons accueillir les animaux de compagnie. Merci de prendre contact avec nous. Attention, nous sommes à la campagne, il peut donc y avoir des mouches et insectes. Nous faisons notre possible pour les retirer mais il peut en rester. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir à Maison Bubertré. Entièrement rénovée en 2023, elle est le lieu idéal pour découvrir les charmes du Perche. Située dans un hameau à 5 min de Mortagne-au-Perche, la maison se compose de 4 chambres (lits doubles, possibilité de transformer la chambre bleue en 2 lits simples), à disposition 3 lits parapluies, 2 chaises hautes, table à langer, 2 salles de bains, grande cuisine ouverte sur salon avec cheminée, salon TV et 1 terrain de pétanque. Jardin arboré.

There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.
