At the edge of the forest (gate opens directly into forest), this 400m² manor house a fireplace, a covered pool (open from May 1-September 30), and a fire pit outside in the vast garden. Paris is 1h15 away. The house is perfect for big families with children. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. Typical Norman house recently renovated, large walled garden with terrace for outdoor meals (farm produce for sale 200m away). Reversible air conditioning on the ground floor, double glazing on all windows. Options (depending on dates and with supplement) : tennis and swimming pool of our neighboring house. Pets accepted (on request). For a weekend or vacation, come and escape to a privileged place in the countryside (1h30 from Paris).
