The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Cette paisible demeure avec piscine partagée est implantée sur un parc de 6000m2 situé à l'entrée d'un hameau. Le centre ville se situe à 850m à pieds, 2500m par la route. La majorité des centres d'intérêt du Périgord noir se trouvent quant à eux dans un rayon maximum de 20 min. Un barbecue vous permettra de profiter pleinement des extérieurs pendant que les enfants s'amuseront sur les jeux présents. En tant que nouveau propriétaire, je vais m'efforcer de faire évoluer positivement le lieu.

Situated in the Vezere valley in a tiny beautiful hamlet of 4 houses and about 150 meter from the river the Vezere. Private pool. From the house you can take beautiful walks in the woods, swim, canoe, horse and pony rides within walking distance, play golf and make fantastic bike rides

You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.

In the Périgord Noir, 8km from Sarlat, Le Pomodor is a small traditional house set on the side of a hill surrounded by nature.
