Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting the center of Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this accommodation and for the city!

Both Angelique & Christian went above & beyond to make us welcome & comfortable. Their attention & kindness were incredible from ensuring we had provisions on a bank holiday to their very helpful advice. Along with excellent hosting is the apartment itself - stylish (Angelique is clearly an excellent designer) & practical as well as excellently resourced it is incredibly comfortable as well as impeccably clean. It lacks nothing in amenities & the washer/dryer is so helpful. Along with excellent hosting (the best we have ever experienced) & a fantastic apartment with all you would need (including a great outdoor space to eat & generally relax in) is lovely Angers - so much to see & do right on the door step & excellent transport links. The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

We had a great stay at Chantal's for a wedding at the Salle d'Argentée. The welcome was very warm, Chantal is an attentive and caring host. The house is beautifully decorated with flowers. Nickel accommodation for one night.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
