The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

The property is in the very centre of Chamonix – 2 minutes’ walk from the Savoy lift and less than 50 meters from 2 bus stations that bring you to any of the slopes and hiking trails. There are also two ski rental shops and a paragliding school 25 meters away. The local tennis centre, the famous QC Terme Spa, outdoor swimming pool and a great bike rental shop are less than 10-minute walk. The flat has a large terrace with breath-taking views, a one-of-a-kind fireplace and a garage.
