Situated right on Le Prarion slope, next to the lift and bus stop so you can get the free bus into Chamonix easily, this tasteful apartment has a large balcony, wifi and private underground parking. There is also a (rather chilly!) pool in the quiet complex.

A 5 min des pistes de ski l’hiver ( navette gratuite dans la résidence ) et piscine chauffée l'été juste devant le chalet ( ouverture du 1er juillet au 1er sept ) . Village /Commerces à 8kms,thermes et gare sncf à Saint Gervais le fayet à 11kms.

The apartment is 100 meters from the Flégère cable car and the golf course. Very bright and comfortable, it consists of an open kitchen on a living room area, an independent bedroom with double bed and a large mezzanine. Ski locker. This apartment is perfect for couples and families with children. Free parking. The shared swimming pool is only open in summer from June 15 to September 15, but the enclosed and secure garden is accessible all year round.
