Very pleasant stay with family, accessible and responsive host, impeccable accommodation, ideal location close to the Chambrette. The only remark we would have to make, but which does not depend on the host, is the invasion of mosquitoes, perhaps an investment in mosquito nets on the windows? Thanks, much appreciated. Lovely and comfortable house. Quietly located on the outskirts of the village. Supermarket within a few minutes driving distance. Everything available in the house and the kitchen. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

My family had a great stay with the sun as a bonus this year. The accommodation is perfect: clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped. Very nice terrace. This is the second year that we have booked this accommodation and we will do it again next year with great pleasure. Thanks again to Laetitia for her responsiveness and understanding.

The house is as described and as shown in the photos. It is comfortable and cozy, you feel at home. It is well located on the edge of Royan and its beach, which is two streets from the house. Very nice stay. Very good welcome. Thank you Martine for the welcome dishes.

We consider ourselves to be among the lucky ones who have had the opportunity to rent Denis' house and how can we not agree with the previous comments? - The first contact with Denis was by phone and we already felt that it was going to match because the friendliness was already felt, then it was the physical welcome with a smile, the attention to detail to present in depth each feature of each room and equipment. We were able to see during our stay the responsiveness and availability of Denis and always with the concern to satisfy us. - The house, what to say, the volume, the cleanliness, the functionality everywhere, the kitchen equipment in abundance. We took full advantage of the outdoor space in the shade of the magnolia (36°) and also thanks to the barbecue and outdoor kitchen available to us. So, we were able to enjoy this family moment in absolute calm. Congrats...

Great stay at Stéphanie's villa. The hosting was warm and pleasant. The house is superb, very well equipped and the nuxe toiletries on each bed upon arrival offers a real plus. The pool was heated and easy to use. The beach is 500m away and it's easy to walk there. We 100% recommend this house for a weekend away with family or friends! We'll be back with pleasure, thanks again ☺️

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

The house was big an spacious and was perfect for my & my extended family of 12 adults + 3 children. Kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare some home cooked meals, especially on Sunday when most restaurants are closed. Appreciate the lovely terrace view which makes this house standout from the rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the region.

We had very good exchanges with Fabienne and her husband. The accommodation is very clean and suitable for weekends with a large family.

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

We had a very pleasant week despite random weather. Things to do nearby for everyone House well suited to our multi-generation family. The 3 bathrooms are a real highlight . Fabrice was very nice and responsive to each of our requests. Thank you!!

Basically everything is perfect at the house and the concierge are very eager and helpful. We especially enjoyed the beaches of the Côte Sauvage. However, we did not know that Les Mathes/ La Palmyre is an area more focused on camping tourism. Accordingly, the gastronomic offer is rather weak (pizza, burgers, kebab, etc). Unfortunately, the maintenance of the driving range is also disruptive. The tractor runs 3-4 times a day to pick up the fired golf balls. The first time at 8 in the morning and the noise disturbs. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by bike; walking 30 minutes.

Lovely house with lots of room. Swimming pool was a real bonus. We loved the beach and the centre of St George with its cafes and boulangeries. A real community centre.

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We had the most amazing time here and couldn’t recommend it more highly! The house was beautifully furnished with plenty of space and a lovely private garden area. We spent the majority of our time relaxing by the swimming pool which had the sun all day. We were very impressed by the photos but it looks even nicer in person. Rozenn and Sam were extremely welcoming and friendly both during our arrival and departure, giving us a short tour of the house and explaining what the local area had to offer. They also supplied us with helpful information on restaurants nearby and a local veterinary practise for our Dog. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing break away, look no further than here!

We had a very peaceful 3-day weekend at Frédéric's! The place was perfect with a swimming pool and petanque court!

My family had a wonderful holiday at Vamos a la Playa. The house is secluded but not isolated and it has a friendly and welcoming feel to it. There was a lot of space for for us (4 adults, 2 children) and we could have our own spaces as well as being together. The heated pool was a real bonus for the kids - they loved it and their swimming improved over the stay. There is a gas plancha rather than a traditional charcoal bbq, which we thought might be a downside but actually it worked really well for us and was safer with children around. The bedrooms are all of a good size and the separated master bedroom gives a sanctuary from kids if desired. Overall, a great location for cycling, walking, beaches and swimming. We found the walk to the centre not too far and the zoo is very close by. Highly recommended!!
