We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Communication with Marie and the concierge is perfect. Arrival and departure are flexible. The accommodation has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The final cleaning is included, royal. Ideally located facing the ocean with the Cordouan lighthouse in a postcard view across the bay. The street is very lively, with a lot of traffic, but the garden and the hedge are isolated, and the door frames are of quality, and it's so easy to park in the driveway! lots of good restaurants nearby and a bakery, access to the Grande Côte beach 10 min walk, happiness!

Carle took care of us by making sure to keep the studio cool for our arrival. Functional studio with a terrace for lunch with a sea view. We had a good weekend between walking and swimming.

Ideal accommodation for two, very well located 200 m from the shops, parking right next door is a real plus. The accommodation is impeccable and very well arranged The small terrace allows you to eat outside when the weather permits

Unobstructed view of the sea and a beautiful old tree at sunrise and sunset. Very clean and functional accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to the key box and exchanges with Clémence. We would recommend it in a second.

Tiphaine's studio is as described. Very well placed, the balcony is large enough to have lunch and enjoy the superb view of the ocean and the Cordouan lighthouse. Tiphaine is very responsive to our requests and very friendly.

Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating on our arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming attention. We had a very pleasant stay at Elodie's, the view of the estuary is magnificent and the beach of the nuns is very easily accessible after a beautiful walk along the cliffs. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and ideal for a couple. Thank you Élodie for the ease of our exchanges.

New housing, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to live in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We recommend it.
