Holiday rentals with beach access in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

We spent a very enjoyable week in Valerie's apartment. She and her husband welcomed us at the door even though our flight was delayed. A gift of brioche , orange juice and a locally produced aperitif was a nice touch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one could possibly need. it was really quiet in spite of being on the Quai which is a hive of activity. She replied to any communication within minutes. Highly recommended.

We only stayed 1 night at the start of a long roadtrip round France, although Nicolas didn’t speak much English nor we spoke much French, he was very friendly and helpful. Has all the basic needs for several nights.

Well what a fantastic few days we had. I can’t stress what a fabulous house this is. It has everything we needed. Little garden and off road parking. It was spotless. Stéphane gave us a bottle of his home made apple juice. Absolutely delicious. Buses were very handy and very inexpensive. I can’t praise Stéphane or his house enough. A little gem of a find

Thank you to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 meters from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The center of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher's/deli, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very pleasant and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower, etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation that made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll get back to you if the accommodation is available.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, being furnished with a great sense of style and personality. Everything is provided to make guests feel at home and to make the most of their time on this beautiful island. Joelle was extremely welcoming and helpful, being on hand to answer any questions or offer advice.

We were a family with grandparents, children and grandchildren, everyone found their account in this cottage: small children thanks to the games of another time (arcade, foosball ...), adults by a vintage decor but a place suitable for a collective life ( kitchen, bedroom, bedding...). A satisfecit for the fridge of another time but very efficient!!!! In addition, this cottage is very well located: the sea is accessible on foot even for a three-year-old child. This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
