Relax in this peaceful, secure residence. The apartment is bright with an allocated parking space and a small sunny garden. The bedroom has a 140 bed and the living room has a convertible sofa click-clack. 20 minutes' drive from St Emilion and 45 minutes from Bordeaux. A free bus takes you to the city center as well as to the Lac des Nauves. You can walk to the stadiums, which are 5 minutes away on foot. Rental bikes are located all over the city.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
