The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Welcome to our cottage of about 55m2 sea view in the heart of Anse de Sciotot. This house completely renovated in early 2025 can accommodate up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with double bed as well as a sofa bed (with real mattress). The garden overlooks the house with unobstructed views of the beach within a 5-minute walk. You will find bar, restaurants but also children's playground, pétanque court, surf school...

Sciotot: The barn – access to the sea

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

From the dune and around our "picnic" table: stunning views over the Anglo Normandy Islands, the Anse de Sciotot and its unforgettable sunsets.
