Ce gîte est situé dans un parc résidentiel très calme et très apprécié des voyageurs, à 800m de la plage d'Hatainville et à 15 minutes de Les Pieux (navette EPR). La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, four, microondes, cafetière, Senséo, appareil à raclette, robot mixeur, bouilloire, grille-pain). A disposition également : lave-linge, table et fer à repasser, aspirateur sans fil, coffre fort, équipement bébé sur demande, cabanon extérieur pour vélos avec douche, 1 télévision, wifi.
