Very nice house of 75m2 located in a beautiful alley close to the center of the village and 400m from the Beaches of Gros Jonc (Children's Beach) and Petit Marchais. Ideal for a family with 2 or 3 children or 2 couples, it benefits from a paved courtyard facing south with Fermob furniture and barbecue. Very bright, it has been completely refurbished. Note that you can park right in front of what is rare for a house in the center of the village.
