The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard. Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Apartment located in the heart of the village. It consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower and two bedrooms. The apartment is very bright with its beautiful ceiling height and stained beams. You can easily reach the center and its shops a 5-minute walk away with its beautiful market every day in summer season, but also the beaches 800 m away, the bike Bike path 50 m away. Parking is free on our street.

The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
