A few meters away, you can enjoy the bike paths to go to the beaches, on the embankment, to the port and why not to Talmont St Hilaire by the coastal road? 1 km away, you have one of the best bakeries and +2 km away all the local shops. For a weekend, a week's vacation, a business trip, or a housing repair, this small 20 m² chalet built in 2015 with all the comforts of a large home, has a kitchenette, a small bathroom and a living room with sofa bed. Ideal for a couple, the mezzanine with 2 single beds in addition to the sofa bed allows the cottage to accommodate 4 people, however the cottage is a little cramped for 4.
