The 40m2 house includes: On the ground floor a living space with kitchen area (dishwasher, multifunction oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob), lounge area (TV, fiber, board games, books), and a corner meal. A courtyard with a 20m2 terrace (deckchairs, garden furniture, electric plancha). Separate toilet with laundry area (washing machine). Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with 2 90 cm bunk beds and a bathroom with shower The house has air conditioning Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and household linen provided. The beds are made for your arrival. Hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and household products are also provided as well as basic kitchen products Please note for the period from July 13 to August 31, entries and exits will take place on Saturday. The rental price does not include cleaning fees. Also, I thank you in advance for the careful cleaning that you will do at the end of your stay. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, a cleaning package is possible at the end of your stay for an amount of €50. In this case please at least do the dishes and empty the bins in the collection points when leaving the left of the house The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Parties are prohibited The accommodation is non-smoking and our animal friends are not allowed.
