Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

"Les Herbes Folles" Bed & Breakfast

Our house is located in Southern Ardèche 10 minutes from Les Vans, in a very small hamlet overlooking the Chassezac, close to secret swimming and enchanted walks, it is a 17th century stone house that houses my creative workshop and two guest rooms. A breakfast consisting of homemade products (bread, granola etc...), fresh products from our garden or neighboring farms installed in permaculture is offered.

The Gite du Ruisseau is located in an isolated farmhouse in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. It consists of three different places: A main room. Kitchen and living room, a relaxation office room and a bedroom. A door gives access to the private terrace. You also have access to other terraces to share, as well as the stream where you can cool off.
