Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Within walking distance (about 300 meters) there are free permanent parking spaces. There are many hiking and biking opportunities. In 30 minutes you can reach Laax, Davos, Lenzerheide, or in 2 hours you can be in Ticino.
