What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

This is the first time we've come here and we're very happy. The garden is so fenced in at the front and back that even our little dog couldn't find a way to escape. The location is great and the equipment absolutely sufficient, even if you cook a lot like we do. If we can, we will come back without hesitation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the garden and the very well decorated house. We were received by Corinne who informed us very well about the activities and visits to do in the region. Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from amenities for our one year old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy Granville city center only a ten minute walk away. Granville station is easily accessible. Local shops are nice, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes away, pharmacy and bakery are also very close. We had a pleasant stay in Granville. We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

THE BEST housing we have made ☺️ We had a great stay in this very clean, well-appointed and perfectly functional accommodation. There was absolutely everything you needed and even more, to feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the view from the apartment, directly overlooking the port, is superb. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the beach, with many restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Le Flot Bleu, an excellent place to discover. The neighborhood is nice, everything can be done on foot, and parking is easy nearby, which is really convenient. Sandrine was very responsive, available and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

Very nice studio with every comfort and well located. No parking space but no worries to park a few steps away on the port. Well soundproofed. I recommend it!

Very nice studio, very well decorated, tidy and equipped, close to the sea. The garden is also very pretty and welcoming. Everything was perfect, Sylvie was kind enough to leave us 2 bikes and was very responsive in her messages. We'll be happy to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was flawlessly cleaned and really comfortable. The bathroom shower is particularly great and we enjoyed the view of town from the balcony and the farms out the back window. The place made for a great home base while we explored some of the surrounding area in Normandy. Would recommend!

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.

Roberte and Yves welcomed us very warmly, instructed us in the apartment and gave us tips for further excursions. The apartment is located at the end of the beautiful promenade in the center of Saint Malo, the path alone is a pleasure. We stayed there for 2 nights. Many thanks for the two hosts. A parking space was reserved for our car.

We had a great stay at the Cité Solidor. The apartment is very well decorated and equipped. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood as well as the proximity to the beaches and Saint-Malo Intramuros. We recommend!
