Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this apartment and visiting Levanto. Check-in and out was simple. They left us a present upong check-in for celebrating our honeymoon which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. The apartment truly feels like a home and it has everything you would need during your stay.

The place was perfect for our family of 7. Its location was excellent with a short walk from the train station. Mauro was extremely helpful walking us through the house and then later giving us great advice for our potential train disruption the day of departure. I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was light ,clean and comfortable . My wife was struggling with knee and hip arthritis so although the apartment was only up one flight of stairs the lift was helpful. What we liked most about the apartment was its location . It was a short walk to both the beach , town and restaurants. The station is about 10 minute walk away for a relatively fit person and this gives easy access by train to all the cinque terre villages. We did not need a car . Mauro gave us a list of recommended restaurants and the 4 we tried were all excellent . He also gave an indication of price Mauro also organised a taxi to collect us at the end of stay and take us to the station and we found the taxi service to be reliable and courteous. Check in was easy and we arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday which was later than we anticipated but Mauro as waiting for us at the office.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The Mafalda apartment is ideally located for visiting the Cinque Terre and close to all amenities on foot: shops, restaurants, train station, beach. No bad surprises. The apartment is very neat, comfortable and functional. Appreciable and good quality wifi. Mauro is very welcoming and responsive to various requests. We recommend this Airbnb!!

We have also spent wonderful relaxing holidays in the holiday home in Massa this year. After coming there for the third year in a row, we feel right at home. Thank you for the lovely welcome with various Italian delicacies on the day of our arrival Ian! Everything was as always very clean and cozy. We stayed 3 nights at the house,we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we had everything you need to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars,pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went one day to Florence and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca...
