Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Leventina District

We loved staying in Sibylle’s chalet, the interior design was perfectly matched to the surroundings. The balcony was a perfect start to the day with a coffee and end the day with a cold drink. Perfect views of the Eiger. Sibylle was the perfect host and extremely responsive and helpful, we absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment ideally located in a Resort with all amenities: restaurant, small grocery store, reception if you have questions, but above all with fitness, wellness and a large pool!! We had a wonderful week in May (excluding school holidays) and loved the unlimited access to the pool which luckily was often unoccupied, we were almost always alone! How lucky! The apartment is 5 min from the lake and you can reach the famous Ascona promenade in 40-45 min by following a nice path, without cars , by the lake, perfect for safe walks with the children! Raphaël's apartment is very well equipped, nothing missing for a pleasant stay. The terrace with its grill allows you to have a good time. Raphael is a very attentive and very responsive host, who does everything to make sure the stay goes smoothly. Highly recommend this apartment and especially to families with young children!

Perfect private apartment unit in the Radisson. Walkable to everything, including restaurants, stores, the lifts, and train station. Well furnished and fit our family of four very well. Large ski locker made access to slopes easy with kids. Of note, everything in the hotel was a la carte, and I think the hotel is adjusting to private renters, but that was described accurately in the listing, and the host made sure everything was available, including the pool and spa. Great host. Would stay again!

Francesca was an amazing host. The place was beautiful with lots of games for kids. Francesca went out of her way to provide us with snacks and drinks and anything else we needed. It was a wonderful place to stay!

stayed for 5 days. the visitors to the pier were not a bother. kind of priced high for what you get. beautiful location and yard. dont expect the cleanest and most comfortable beds. its a lake house so spiders were in the rooms. one came down on me while changing. no harm i just swatted it away. the check in went fast easy and freindly. one night there was no hot water. maybe someone in the above rooms used all of it. you have a parking space. possibly 2 other rooms would be rented above this ground floor apartment. it was quiet and felt safe. the shared laundry room was in the basement. there is an iron and ironing board i found reliable. look up instructions on how to use dryer if from the states. we figured out on our own you have to dump out the condensation. there is a fan and lines to air dry clothes too. the restroom in basement was out of order. the kitchen lights dont work the switch on wall needs replaced. shower is hung awkwardly. read the sign they placed in there.

We had a lovely week in Grindelwald. Our chalet rental was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable and the deck had a lovely view. The only minor issue was the ensuite bathroom has a window that is not very private. You can be seen by a neighbour’s deck. It simply needs a blind. Otherwise a perfect place to stay.

We spent 6 days in the apartment and felt comfortable. Ideal starting point for excursions. Bus in front of the door and 5 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is lovingly furnished. From the balcony you have a great view. The apartment offers everything needed for a week's stay. A very well-maintained indoor pool and sauna are available. Loved it.

The apartment is in a central location, well served and in the center of the different activities that the area offers. The building is well equipped with an indoor pool, sauna, garage parking, elevator and laundry. The apartment is very welcoming and functional. Highly recommend for a pleasant vacation!

We were in the apartment over the weekend of the driveway. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation, but with the many messages, everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

Great location, clean, nice garden to linger and quiet. Could check in an hour earlier and use the underground parking space.

We had a wonderful stay with Claudia, she was very helpful and friendly and the apartment was immaculate. We enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa and would certainly return again

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is practically furnished, the kitchen well equipped and Barbara was always easily accessible. We'd love to come back!

First, a thank you to Urs. With our dog we had a lovely time in Vira Nov/Dez and we will definitely be back. The lakeside location was simply beautiful, as was our daily hikes in magnificent nature. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. A former hotel in the middle of the village, friendly people, bus in front of the house, shopping opportunities, super Gelatis, by boat to Locarno, etc...cozy living, what more do you need. Salve

With friends we spent the ski holidays in Disentis and enjoyed the time very much. The house is perfectly furnished and all desirable details are available. Despite little snow, we easily got to the main gondola in Disentis. Sedrun/Andermatt are also easily accessible, but coordination with the public transport schedules in advance is worth it. We can highly recommend the house and the hosts

Everything worked out very well! Sheila welcomed us very nicely and gave us great tips for places to discover and eat. We were also allowed to use private bicycles. The apartment was very clean, has plenty of space and is right on the lake and in 5 minutes you are in Locarno!

Thank you for the comfortable stay! Only parking was a bit complicated, because you can hardly park your car anywhere in Locarno/Minusio for more than a few hours. This is of course not Valentina's fault. I just want to advise all future guests to arrive without a car.

the communication with Tina was always friendly. The apartment corresponded to the pictures & was very cozy. We definitely felt comfortable. You can also reach the supermarket, train station & the cable car within 5’by foot. So everything was great - we will be happy to come back the next trip to rhäzüns:)

Everything was just amazing! I stayed for 4 nights with Sheila and her cats and had a very good time in Minusio. The house is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated and just a few footsteps away from the lake. Sheila is a wonderful host that helps you with everything you need and she is very nice to talk with!

We spent a wonderful family weekend in Prasads house. Everything was well functioning including the heating. We were very happy that we could bring along our dog with us. We had enough space and the two master bedrooms are beautifully renovated, the third single room is a bit tiny but cozy. People have to know about the stairs, which are very steep and not for everybody. A wardrobe in the entrance would be nice, especially for the ski dresses after a ski day. The living room had a nice atmosphere with it windows, as well as the kitchen with the kitchen table. The kitchen was fully equipped. Also the bathroom was nicely renovated and has enough space for one person at a time. For six people it might be better to have two bathrooms or at least two toilets, but nothing to complain. Parking situation in front of the house was easy and much appreciated. We can recommend Prasad as a host and his nice spacious house at anytime. The view out of windows is unforgettable as well as the nature?

A good friend and I felt very comfortable at Sheila's. We were able to really enjoy her lovely balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains for our specially prepared breakfast. In the kitchen, we were allowed to use everything we needed. With Sheila's small bikes, you could ride everything along the lake to Ascona and enjoy dinner there. Near Sheila's home there was a lovely meadow and swimming in the lake, right by the fine Osteria restaurant. My good friend heard the train at night and needed earplugs. I myself didn't hear it much and I could sleep well without earplugs. Very nice hostess. You shouldn't have any trouble with the cats, because you encounter them everywhere every now and then, but they are not cheeky. Thank you Sheila for the nice stay with you and your trust.
