My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Gite les coquillages 1 (Shells 1)

In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

"Noa" cabin

Come and relax in this new wooden house, located 4 km from the ocean. It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. A large partly covered terrace with sofa and garden table, for the other part you can enjoy the sun on the deckchairs, beside a heated pool secured by a roller shutter. Bike and BBQ shelters

Only 12 km from the beach of Contis, this spacious 400 m² house offers an idyllic living environment in a park with century-old trees. With 6 bedrooms and large living rooms, it is perfect for a large family. The entrance serves on one side a comfortable and bright double living room, a bedroom and on the other a spacious dining room, a recreation room and a large kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms, all spacious, offer stunning views of the park.

Wine Cellar from 1835, Design renovation in 2011

Nestled approximately 15 km from Contis Plage amidst pristine natural surroundings, you'll find this former wine cellar dating back to 1835. This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.

Quiet, in LINXE beautiful renovated barn with garden, terrace and private premium HOT TUB. Close to bike paths and 12 minutes' drive to the ocean. 5 minutes from Lake Léon. IMPORTANT: Mezzanine beds are intended for children or young adults. The ceiling height is 1.30 m max. No television. SPA SUPPLEMENT: 40 euros per day to be paid on-site. Gym available free of charge on request. Possibility to use the 2-seater sofa bed.

Come and enjoy the off-season, with beautiful walks on the menu, mushrooms etc.... change of scenery guaranteed!! The beaches are still beautiful at this time of year. Located in a small hamlet, this house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR NOISY GROUPS. We want you to respect the neighborhood!

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.
