Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

Fully self-contained and furnished 20 m2 studio. 1 km from the village center: - bakery, SPAR convenience store, wine bar, 3 restaurants (including 1 gourmet and a good pizzeria), 2 bars, Sunday morning market. 1/4 hour from Contis Beach, 20 minutes from Mimizan.
