Holiday rentals with beach access in Levy County

the place was amazing I haven't been back to Cedar key in 10 years and carols place made me feel right at home I will be staying again already looking at bookings

We were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was well equipped. Beautiful views of the marsh, and birds. Lovely. Katie’s was very accessible. Just a very nice place and cozy. Elevator was perfect and the dollies for taking your things up are in a room next to the elevator. Pool was very nice. Would stay there again. Cedar Key is coming back from a terrible hurricane 2 years ago. Still building and working on repairs. There were a few places open to eat, antique shops, bakery, library, a few stores. And you can rent a golf cart to drive all around Cedar Key, except on Route 24.

Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful. Looks like a dollhouse. The neighborhood is quaint. A step back in time. My only suggestion would be a couple of chairs for the cute little upstairs porch for stargazing.

Katie was great to work with. The unit was perfect for our needs. Something we missed about the unit was it being 3 floors with stairs to climb between floors. If it was listed, we missed reading it. I have bad knees so it wasn't easy for me to climb upstairs to the kitchen on 3rd floor from the 1st floor master bedroom. Overall, the place was great. Easy walking around the area to downtown; restaurants

Everything was easy ~ communication, check in and check out! Location is perfect and included island places to visit. Loved the dog treats, nice touch for those of us that travel with our dogs. 🐾 We will be back! Thank you!

The room was super clean. The location was excellent. Easy access to the beach and restaurants downtown. All within walking distance g distance.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was super clean and local to everything around. Had great views of the spring waters and we loved how spacious it was. It catered to all our kids from young to old and there was ice cream in the freezer which was a nice surprise! They had their own space to play video games and watch movies together. This house was equipped with everything you would need cooking wise as well as rafts, kayaks, and paddle boards along with pumps to air them up to travel to the spring. We loved this house and the host was so nice and super responsive! We can’t wait to book our trip again next summer with Daniel!

Had a lovely stay at Carrie's place! Comfortable bedroom and shared living room, and a very complete kichen. Peaceful neighborhood, with many beautiful nature trails nearby; and only a short distance to the various Crystal River manatee tours.

We had a wonderful stay in Dunnellon Fl. The house is clean, comfortable, well equipped, has great WiFI and is full of character and charm. The property is private, peaceful and has beautiful surroundings. Thanks for hosting us Jennifer and Alfred we are looking forward to our next stay.

I have stayed in many Airbnb and this is by far the best. Totally worthy. My kids had a lot of fun at the pool.

Do NOT hesitate when booking this home!! It was absolutely perfect for our visit to Rainbow River with our 6yo daughter for 4night/5day stay. The amount of toys and things to keep my daughter happy was insane! The pool and house was spotless and the master king bed was the comfiest bed I’ve EVER slept in!!! So comfy that I’m on the hunt for one for my own house. Vanessa reached out by phone to chat before we checked in to give us instructions and recommendations. This house is literally one street over from rainbow river state park and just a hop skip and jump from KP hole. Super conveniently located to Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie etc but far enough away to feel like you’re in the country. Neighborhood was very friendly and felt safe. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you could ever want. We will definitely be coming back to visit, thank you Vanessa!

The house was outstanding!!! Everything was even better than we thought. Rainbow Springs was very close and we really enjoy our stay. We can not wait to coming back!!!!

Beautiful views from the porch. Close to town. Easy to find. The condo provided everything they said on the listing. Loved watching the Dolphins and beautiful sun rises.

This is the perfect location for sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins playing in the gulf. Easy walk into town. Clean, with every you need for a relaxing stay.

This is not the place to stay if you’re looking for an over commercialized, overbuilt, loud party town. However, if like us, you are in need of a quiet getaway this is the perfect place! We spent an entire day on the private beach watching the dolphins play. Then went and rented kayaks another day to go out and play with them. There are DOZENS of them off the patio. The town is quaint and welcoming and Katie made many recommendations about where we should go to visit and eat. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return.

Couple days of getting away with my wife. Great place, great view, and close to everything. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a relaxing time in Cedar Key.

The house was very clean and plenty of room for family. Town was nice , even though they’re trying to rebuild after the last storm that hit them.

Do it, go! Get up & go to Cedar Key because it is the most beautiful, special little place in Florida, if not the continent. 😉 Our visit in May 2025 was the week before Memorial Day and it was just the perfect level of calm and sunny weather. This condo is magically preserved/restored with an enchanting view of the gulf from either the wrapped deck or large windows. We loved the artwork & woodwork/ decor inside. The living room chairs are so comfy (they swivel & recline!) as was the pull out bed with the abundant linens and pillows. Fun DVDs with a big tv for bedtime. It’s the kind of place that makes ya say “I wish I lived here.” Kitchen was fully stocked and we only needed but a few things to make it our home for the week. The lovely shops around town (Turtle Trail Art Gallery, CK Pearl Thrift Store, the TIKI BAR), and the gas station provided everything we needed and more, all within just a few minutes drive or walking distance. We miss it already & cannot wait to be back 💛

Great communication from the host, we booked last minute as we’re leaving the house and got responses immediately. Condo is very clean and has everything you need, we loved waking up in and walking to a local coffee shop in the morning and restaurants/bars at night, highly recommend the place, very conveniently located and has a great view!
