Holiday rentals with lake access in Lexington Township

Usually we get to an Air Bnb and it is NOT like the pictures. This place WAS and it was so much more comfortable than our usual stays. Felt more like a home and less like a temporary space.

Shay was so welcoming to our group. She provided clear check-in instructions and what to expect prior to leaving. She was very responsive to messages and was very so helpful. The house itself was great and accommodating our large group. The back deck was wonderful to hang out on during the day and the bonfire closer to the water in the evening.

The house was perfect for our two families to share while in town for a hockey tournament. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The place looks even better than in the photos. Would definitely return

We went up for Father’s Day weekend with our grown children. Renee‘s home was beautiful and exceptionally clean, very peaceful to sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. We had a croquet tournament and my husband and daughter fished off the dock. However, we did feel an uneasy about the next-door neighbor with the signs on the lawn boycotting Airbnb.

100/10 stars. Dog friendly is a huge plus, Denise responds extremely fast and is always kind, she was very flexible with us due to after wedding/honeymoon timing. The home was immaculate, perfectly decorated, right on the water, kind neighbors, we loved the extra coffees/hot cocoa/snack items and toiletries she has set up. Better than any hotel 100% I cannot possibly recommend this place or any hosted by Denise enough. If you’re considering this listing I say take it, you will not be disappointed.

Jana’s place was perfect for a cozy girls getaway, it’s at the end of a short road where we could walk to the beach. Too bad the weather was cold, we talked about staying in and drinking wine with the fireplace on. We all had trouble figuring it out, but Jana immediately responded with updated instructions and was even ready to send her daughter out to help us within 1/2 hour. We went out in downtown Saturday night and there was so much to do. Great food, live music and so so so many friendly people. It was about a 8-10 minute drive to town so we quickly went back and did more shopping before leaving Lexington on Sunday. We LOVED Jana’s beach house and hope to stay there again.

Great Beach House! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights. The surroundings are beautiful. We watched the sunrise over the lake every morning and enjoyed the patio and fire pit each evening. We enjoyed the early morning wildlife-bald eagle, deer in the lake, a multitude of different birds, and enjoyed watching and looking up thw freighters as they passed. The lake was supeisingly warm even when thw temperature outside was only in the 60's. Definitely bring water shoes! Port Austin was a short drive North where they hold an amazing Farmer's market on Saturday.

The perfect romantic getaway! My partner and I rented it as a mini-honeymoon after our wedding, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and refresh. The place struck a wonderful balance between feeling like home and an escape. With so many vintage games, art, and things to explore inside the house, we never left during our 2-day stay!

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

This is the favorite AirBnB we've stayed at, extremely comfortable, thoughtfully and carefully organized, and very clean. That's why we've returned for a second time this year!

From the moment I messaged Louise she was very open,honest and kind. Super easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Answering anything I asked. The home is gorgeous. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful it really is. Every minor detail, decor piece and little detail is so well put together, homey and thoughtful. The house has a welcoming feeling about it to the point where youre so calm and at peace. That doesnt come easy. The rooms are spacious, and lots of storage if you need it. Bedding and beds are wonderful. The bathroom is also super amazing with a double sink for getting ready. The yard is stunning and well maintained, you can tell she takes great pride in every aspect of their home. It was a dream to stay here and I can not recommend it enough!! If you have the chance, please go stay here.

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

Beautifully decorated apartment with great furnishings and a very comfortable bed with great pillows. However, no wardrobe or drawers in the bedroom. Person upstairs respectful and not noisy. There’s not a lot to do in the area but it is a lovely location opposite the water. We had an issue with Wi-Fi and the fire stick but Olivia came up immediately to check that it was still working. Despite coming to check Olivia did not introduce herself to us so we did not see her which felt impersonal. However, Olivia was very kind enough to amend our booking when our plans changed which was greatly appreciated.

Super amazing stay! The outside was absolutely stunning, and fun at the same time. You can see the house from across the canal, it’s so neat! Daniel and Janet are so wholesome and amazing! Met them and never really saw them again, but excellent hosts!

Jackie goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. If your coming to Lk St Clair to fish, there is plenty of parking and all the amenities. We have stayed numerous times and will be back again!

This cottage is perfect for my peaceful and quiet vacations. This week was especially sweet having the beach all to myself. Looking forward to returning for a week or 3 next year

House was in a great location. Fantastic space on the lake. Lovely neighbourhood and walking trails adjacent.

Used this lake house for a fishing trip. Great location in Anchor Bay with easy access to the lake. Covered boat dock made it great for the boat. Host is very friendly and communicates effectively.

Lori was incredibly accommodating for every part of our stay. Lori's place was like getting VIP service. She had tons of local recommendations, everything was labeled and she had everything you may possibly need for your stay. Lori even delivered us some local donuts during one day of our stay! The sleep number bed was nice, but if you're use to a thicker mattress (like I am) keep in mind that the mattress is a little on the thinner side. Still comfortable though. We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip through.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The beach was a very short walk away. The unit was clean and well maintained. Nice kitchen with full amenities. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home. Walking distance in any direction to a beach front. Ton of greenery around. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds.

Great host. Great home. Very clean and updated home. This place had everything available for us. Extra towels, lots of pillows, lots of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was also equipped with everything needed! I’m hoping to return again. I would like to recommend this to anyone who needs a spot in Grand Bend. Hot tub and sauna were very nice. We were offered early check in and late check out which was very nice.

Gorgeous Lake Huron at your doorstep. Heavenly sunrises, beach fires, outdoor dining. Beautiful covered back deck. Cottage very comfortable- fully stocked kitchen. We barbecued almost every night watching the boats go by. Absolutely loved lake living!
