Holiday rentals with a patio in Leyte

My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. Very secure and quite place and very close to all amenities in the city. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely experience for my family. Bill was not there during our stay but his wife Cristina welcomed us very warmly and was lovely. We had breakfast which was very good. The place was magical, better than in photos and once we arrived at the place, we were so sad to leave it. We loved it here!

They were super friendly and helpful in providing info assisting me with the car rental and the Cebu ferry trip. They helped my trip there making it a truly memorable one. Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. Marites was an amazing, helpful host, very friendly and likeable. The caretakers that live next door will prepare local Filipino food in the evenings if you wish and it is amazing. The house is located in a beautiful location, a bit of a hike, but worth it for the where it is. .Locals are very friendly, I have made some really good friends and will be visiting them again, hopefully with a better grasp of Cebuano though. The property is very clean and comfortable, with a variety of cooking appliances including gas which is handy during the occasional power outages. There is the handy use of a Honda scooter, which I loved seeing the sites on and you can get to Baybay City in around 10 minutes at a leisurely speed, but be aware if you haven't driven in an Asian country BE CAREFUL, traffic regulations are totally different.

"Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!" We had a fantastic experience staying at this beautiful home! The area was exceptionally clean, and the house itself was even more gorgeous in person. The host and caretaker were very accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The tour driver was also incredibly kind and made exploring the local area a breeze. Our trip went smoothly, and the house provided a very comfortable environment to relax in. A couple of things worth mentioning: the WiFi worked well most of the time, but it did slow down when more people were using it at once. Additionally, the photos of the bedrooms on the Airbnb listing could be a bit clearer to give a better idea of the space. However, these were very minor issues in an otherwise excellent stay. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!

The place looks great and aesthetic. It was a little loud during the day by a busy street but peaceful at night. The new construction was great and we were impressed with the size of the place.

The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and (Just missing an entertainment eg, Smart TV) equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was Ms.Bien’s kindness and how incredibly helpful she was throughout our visit. It was a nice place. It felt like home. My husband and I liked it. What we enjoyed a lot was the big TV screen as we spent most of our time watching Netflix while chilling on a comfortable couch in an air conditioned living area. It has everything you need and saves the hassle. And the convenience of having the water dispenser that could dispense hot/cold water, so you don’t need to put ice cubes in your water if you want it cold or boil water in the kettle if you need hot water for your coffee. It is a safe place and near town.
