Fontenelle: quiet between springs and stream

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

An invitation to travel, exotic and unique, in a cozy and natural atmosphere where wood and natural materials are omnipresent, this is what defines our little secret cabin. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The mobile home under the small wood is located in the heart of nature at the La Viotterie campsite in La Boissière. This mobile home sleeps 6 (+ two). It was refurbished in 2019 to bring it comfort and modernity with all the amenities of a real house (oven, dishwasher, etc.) You can take advantage of the wifi of the campsite as well as all the facilities it has: pond, farm, play....

Brand new, cozy and warm, I offer my studio for 1 or 2 people, on the ground floor of my residential house. The accommodation is completely independent, you have your entrance, your terrace and the garden. The bathroom is bright and the fitted kitchen is fully equipped.
