It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different homes. The Hot Tub is accessible all year round by reservation only and under several conditions. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
