Double bed, made locally. Blackout blinds in the living room and blackout curtain installed in the bedroom. Late arrival possible, key box.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

In the hyper center (Prefecture), this accommodation for 2 people , close to Rue Saint Jean du Perrot where there are lots of restaurants as well as all the sites and amenities, which you may need, making it easy to plan your visits. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, Paid parking, 2-minute walk to harbor, the 3 Towers are very close and so is the aquarium. Walking distance to the city center as well. The Coursive is 50 meters away. Rue des ramparts can pay off ⛔️
