The property features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m²), and a large, air-conditioned kitchen (30 m²) overlooking a private outdoor area.

The planes pass over the La Rochelle/Île de Ré area and not over L'Houmeau city center/beach. It's a very sought-after neighborhood :).
