A little gem! Perfect apartments for our family of four, with young adult children. The flat was cozy, spotless clean and fully equipped with all that one would need. Good to have two separate bathrooms after a day at the beaches. Three separate air conditioners. A nice balcony for breakfast and dinner. Actually the property looked better than the photos, with a well kept garden, stunning views, very nice beaches in walking distance and a great restaurant. The only remark (but this is a matter of personal taste!) was slightly hard beds in the master bedroom. All in all we had an excellent stay, and Andrea gave lots of useful tips. I would love to return to this place!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Pool ist sehr zu empfehlen. Richtig schön ist auch der Strand direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist für uns perfekt da sehr ruhig und innerhalb von 20 Minuten sind traumhafte Strände und Orte entfernt. Danke Daniel und dem Team für die außergewöhnliche Kommunikation.

Quite and peaceful location in the Porto Istana, nearest (and very good) beach in 15-20 minutes walk, some hidden gems like Le Tre Sorelle and Spiaggia del dottore in 40-50 minutes (tricky way through rocky hills, but it's worth it). Restaurants/shops in Olbia/Murta in 5-10 minutes drive (it's highly recommended to rent a car, public transport is rare and not everywhere). Mario and Brio are very friendly

We enjoyed staying in Marco’s & Elena’s apartment. It was very clean, and nice, true to the pictures. Hosts were very nice, communication was very quick and easy…they even pre-paid breakfast for us in local restaurant 🙂 it was very nice of them, we felt very welcomed 😍 also tips for beaches and restaurants were shared with us 👌🏻 thank you, we recommned stay at your place to everyone 🙂

Schöne Gegend, sauberes Wasser schwimmen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Erfahrung der extra Klasse. Kleine Kuchen zum Frühstück sehr lecker. Das Boot hat alles was man braucht Super Musik Sound Wasser mit Eiss am Kühlbox.... Ist zu empfehlen Danke Cristina &Luca

Pasamos una excelente estadía en lo de Emma, el departamento está dentro de un complejo con muchos servicios, piscina, restaurante con shows, traslado a la playa. Una de las ventajas es que la playa del complejo es muy linda y tranquila, lo que se agradece en pleno Agosto. El departamento es tal cual como en las fotos, realmente limpio y la comunicación con Emma fue dinámica, ella siempre está pendiente de que tengas una excelente estadía.
