Monthly Rentals in Li Tumi

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. Spent a month in Leverano at this beautiful place. Very happy with the stay. Worked from home so WifI was fast and reliable. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Puglia from this central location. Thanks to Monika & Daniele for sharing their wonderful home and their top class hospitality. Will be back next year!

Fantastic stay. The apartment, although small, is equipped with every necessary comfort. It is located in the center of Copertino, an excellent location to reach the main beaches of Salento. Anna was really a super host! From the first moment she proved to be kind, helpful and ready to give us useful tips on beaches and places to visit during our stay. When I return to Salento, Anna's house will be my first choice!

The house is in a great location, from which you can reach many tourist cities. The area is quiet, close to many maritime towns. Andrea is very helpful, he gave us a lot of directions and tips.
