The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with hot tub and infrared cabin. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

For active holidays lovers nearby is Risnjak National Park, the source of the river Kupa, the waterfall Zeleni vir, the canyon Vražji prolaz, Bijele and Samarske stijene. The sea and beaches are 40 km away (Opatija Riviera) or 20 km (Crikvenica Riviera).
