Holiday rentals with a patio in Licata

Recensisco con molto piacere l'alloggio del signor Giovanni, che come host è stato veramente impeccabile. La casa si trova a circa 9 min dal mare e presenta nelle vicinanze un fornitissimo supermercato. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e servito di tutto il necessario. Consiglierei l'alloggio a gruppi e famiglie data la disponibilità di spazio (interno ed esterno) e dei servizi vicini all'alloggio.

Wir verbrachten fier Nächte Mitte Mai in Luigi s Wohnung in Licate. Es war das erste mal das ich diesen Ort besuchte und war ein wenig skeptisch, da ich noch nie von diesem Ort gehört habe, doch es war fantastisch. Die Wohnung sehr zentral, man kann zu fuss zum Strand, der sehr schön ist, Gute Restaurants, es gibt viele Ausflugsziele und sehr nette Menschen. Die Kommunikation mit Luigi war schnell und einwandfrei, Anna war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar vom Parkplatz, der wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist abgeholt, sie hat uns alles wunderbar erklärt, Luigi hat uns noch Tipps geschickt, was man hier alles machen kann, einfach super. Die Wohnung ist charmant eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Auch ist es sehr ruhig, wenn wir ehrlich sind haben wir es bereut nur ein paar tage dort zu verbringen, denn man fühlt sich schnell wie zu Hause mitten in Sizilianischen Leben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke Anna und Luigi

We loved our stay at Baglio Cella.The surrounding was beautiful and peaceful as was the property. From our apartment we were looking over the ocean. From the bed you had a look into nature and the ocean. The design of our apartment was really cool as well and had lots of space for two people. The kitchen also had everything we needed. The pool isn’t huge but perfect to cool off and also overlooking the ocean. It’s just all very beautiful and peaceful. There are a few apartment but it still feels very private.

Ho viaggiato in famiglia con due bambini, l'alloggio è centralissimo, a due passi dal duomo, con tutto il necessario per le nostre esigenze (supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze). La casa è davvero bella, ben arredata e spaziosa, con anche alcuni giochi per i bimbi. Rosa è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile, siamo stati davvero contenti!

La casa di Gaetano è davvero molto molto molto bella, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e con il massimo dei comfort, con un giardino pieno di bellissime piante del luogo. Una vista mare stupenda da godersi in terrazza a colazione, a pranzo e a cena nel silenzio della vegetazione dell’infinita riserva che costeggia il mare. Gaetano è un super host, gentile e premuroso, puntuale nel darci indicazioni e suggerimenti. Siamo stati benissimo, grazie davvero per averci ospitato, torneremo sicuramente. PS: la granita era buonissima!

Wonderful apartment in Ragusa close to lots of great restaurants and things to see in the center. Ragusa Ibla is a 25-minute walk, which I found to be lovely. Best of all, Mauro is a generous and accommodating host.

We spent unforgettable days and nights at Valentina’s house, simply staring at the gorgeous and calming sea view from the pittoresque terrace. We appreciated all the love and vision that Valentina has put into building and decorating the house - truly authentic and quirky. The house is very well equipped and had everything we could’ve needed. Valentina was very communicative with clear video instructions on how to check in, and sent recommendations to the area which made our arrival easy and stress free. Would definitely come back! Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung und mehr als genug Platz, da die Wohnung über zwei Etagen geht. Sie ist sauber, hell und ruhig gelegen. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen!

Świetna lokalizacja , Dom duży czysty zaraz przy plazy z pięknym widokiem na morze . Zadbany basen :) Dobre restauracje do okola. Polecamy z całego serducha :)

We had a great time at Walter’s place. He was in communication with us as soon as we booked the trip. We were able to ask about parking (free right outside the apartment) and confirm we would’t drive through the ZTL. There was some construction happening in an adjacent unit which Walter warned us about as soon as they started and even offered to cancel our stay and give us a refund. We barely even noticed the construction past the beautiful view from the apartment and large balcony which we ate all our meals on. We were greeted by Walter’s associate who helped us bring our luggage up the stairs and gave us a tour of the place. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. We were there during the week in the middle of the day and there were probably 5 other people on the beach. Walter left 2 chairs, towels, and an umbrella for the beach. Walter also sent a detailed document with local recommendations including places to park and eat in the city of Sciacca. We would definitely stay again.

L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è nuovo, pulitissimo, climatizzato e molto piacevole. Si trova ad un attimo da una bella spiaggia di sabbia. Walter è stato estremamente gentile e reattivo, ci ha dato consigli utili sulla zona e ci ha aiutato per ogni nostra necessità. Consiglio vivamente!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Giulianas Apartment verbracht und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Giuliana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer sofort geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und das Bett war auch bequem. Von dort aus kann man gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen und man kommt gut zu Fuß zum Strand. Das sind nur wenige Minuten. An einem der beiden Strände sind auch Hunde erlaubt. Der Ort ist klein und sehr schön. Wir empfehlen unbedingt sowohl den Bäcker als auch den Metzger. Und wenn einer der Männer zum Bartschneiden gehen möchte: Der Barber ist auch spitze.

Wir haben uns in Charlies Ferienhaus von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Es war alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders genossen haben wir gemütliche Frühstücke und Abendessen auf den beiden Terrassen oder den ersten Kaffee des Tages auf der Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Mein Lieblingsplatz war die Hängematte - ebenfalls mit Meerblick - auf der man wunderbar relaxen konnte. Das Ferienhaus ist auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Wir fanden es z.B. im/am "La Spiaggia della Riserva Foce dell'Irminio" super schön, das ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Der persönliche Kontakt mit Charlie war sehr nett und ungezwungen. Er ist ein aufmerksamer, aber trotzdem total unaufdringlicher Gastgeber, der jede Menge Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. hat. Und wir haben auch mal frische Eier von den Hühnern bekommen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank, Charlie, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften :-)

Wir sind sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft - wunderschön gelegen, ganz ruhig, inmitten einer fantastischen Landschaft. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren als Familie da, Eltern mit zwei Kindern, alles passte perfekt. DIe Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen unbedingt wiederkommen. DIe Kommunikation war auch hervorragend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Für uns ein kleines Paradies!

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Marina du Ragusa. Küche war mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet das hat gepasst. Die Terrasse war unglaublich toll mit einer fantastischen Aussicht! Leider war es ein Abend sehr laut, da Jugendliche vor dem Apartment die ganze Nacht Party hatten, da kann Alessandro und das Apartment allerdings nichts dafür und vielleicht war das auch nur eine Ausnahme, die restlichen Nächte war es nämlich dann sehr ruhig, aber denke es ist gut zu wissen das es in den Schulferien mal lauter werden kann. Der Strand war am Sonntag auch sehr voll. Sind dann in einen Nachbarort gefahren zum Strand das war auch traumhaft schön.

Salvatore ist einer der besten Gastgeber die ich je hatte! Sehr feinfühlig und freundliche Person. Beim Check-In waren wir sehr fertig von unserem Reisetag, er hat das gleich bemerkt und uns unseren Raum gelassen. Das fand ich super und total aufmerksam! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, entspannte Nachbarschaft und sehr nah an Sciacca. Dort findet man alles wonach einem ist. Salvatores Geheim Tipps und persönlich erstellter Reiseführer für die Umgebung war sehr hilfreich! Der Ort, die Umgebung, die Wohnung und der Gastgeber sind sehr zu Empfehlen! Wunderschön! Alessia è stata molto disponibile, e il suo appartamento nuovo molto pulito ed accogliente! Lo consiglio!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Valeria. Der Check-In/Check-Out war super einfach und flexibel. Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich, super schön und modern eingerichtet. Es gab auch einen sehr geräumigen Außenbereich. Es stimmt alles mit der Beschreibung und den Fotos überein. Super fanden wir die direkte Nähe zum Stadtkern, dem Hafen und auch zum Strand (es ist wirklich alles nur einen Katzensprung zu Fuß entfernt ;-) Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Empfehlung um Ausflüge von dort aus mit dem Auto zu unternehmen oder einfach mal ein paar Tage am Strand zu verbringen! Es gab immer eine sehr schnelle, gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit Valeria. Wir können das Airbnb von Herzen weiter empfehlen! Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt in der ⭐ Marina Experience. The host was very helpful and the apartment is in a great location for things to do. The beds are really comfortable, the water pressure, once you figure it out with Carmelos help is very good, and all instructions are on the AirBnb site. There are 3 things to note however. 1. ) If you have mobility issues please note that there are 55, yes 55 stairs from the entry up to the condo / bedrooms. 2.) Bring ear plugs as the Bedroom Balcony is only 30 meters from the church bell which rings at various times and the property is above the main street in the Centro Historico. 3.) Being that the unit is in the Centro Historico you will most likely need to park and walk for about 5-10 minutes depending on where you park. Due to items 1-3 bring a smaller luggage.

L’appartamento di Claudia e’ molto curato e finemente rinnovato. E’ fornito di tutto e al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un gentile omaggio di frutta e bevande ad attenderci. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’appartamento e’ in un villaggio molto tranquillo comodo per raggiungere i principali siti turistici come la Scala dei Turchi e la Valle Dei Templi. La cominicazione e’ stata perfetta e sia Claudia che la zia (che ci ha accolti al check in) ci hanno dato molti consigli utili e ‘must do’. Grazie mille e ci rivedremo sicuramente quando torneremo da quelle parti!

Insieme alla mia famiglia e al mio cagnolino abbiamo alloggiato per un weekend presso la villa di Giovanna e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La villa bellissima con interni moderni e dotati di tutti i comfort, con all'esterno una bella piscina accessoriata di lettini e ombrelloni ed un patio ideale per serate di puro relax. Il mare dista poche centinaia di metri, da raggiungere a piedi attraverso una stradina, con una bella spiaggia pulita e poco affollata, ideale per trascorrere vacanze in piena serenità. Inoltre la struttura ha a disposizione attrezzature sportive e anche delle biciclette che ci hanno permesso di fare delle piacevoli passeggiate fino al centro di scoglitti, costeggiando il lungomare. Un encomio anche agli host Giovanna e suo marito Antonio, sono davvero eccezionali, molto premurosi, orientati al servizio e alla cura dei dettagli in maniera scrupolosa. Consiglio la struttura e in futuro ritorneremo, perchè è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.
