Maison spacieuse, propre, avec une grande salle de bain et un jardin. Il y a une place de parking à disposition et une supérette non loin. Le propriétaire est très sympa et parle très bien le français ! Nous étions avec notre chien et c’était parfait. On recommande !

We had a super pleasant stay at the house. Andreas as a host was very respondent and the location was beautiful!

Bernard's place is amazing for a perfect homely stay... there is everything you need here and much much more, is extremely clean house,easily accommodates up to 8 adults though we were 4 adults and 3 kids.. has ample parking space.. last but not the least Bernard is a extremely nice person and great host.. he proactively enquired about our arrival time and personally greeted us with a lovely welcome surprises.. suggested us and provided information on places we wanted to visit.. very flexible with checkin and checkout times .. we can extremely recommend this place to anyone... its a stay that you will remember and cherish for long time. we will definitely be back here if we travel to places around here again. Thank you Bernard for your hospitality❤️

Agradezco a Martín por su amabilidad en esperarnos y mostrarnos la casa, así como estar atento a nuestra estadía. La casa muy linda y tal como la esperábamos. Esperemos volver nuevamente , ya que nuestra familia proviene del Tirol y es un lugar que queremos mucho.

La casa es fantástica! Está decorada con mucho gusto y está totalmente equipada para una familia de 7 personas como era nuestro caso. Se nota que todo está cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar muchos sitios interesantes que se encuentran en los alrededores de Basilea, desde la capilla de Le Corbusier en Le Ronchamp hasta Zúrich, Lucerna, los pueblecitos de la Alsacia y Estrasburgo. Tiene además un supermercado y una farmacia a 5 minutos andando y la zona es súper tranquila, ideal para descansar después de un día de turismo. Sin duda alguna la recomendamos para quien quiera conocer esta zona!!!

Ein sehr ruhiger und friedlicher Ort. Ein wenig kühl, aber der Kamin und elektrische Heizungen machen es aus. Besonders empfehlenswert, wenn Sie etwas Ruhe und Frieden wollen.

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus Barbara verbracht. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Es ist alles vorhanden - vom Grill bis zur Mikrowelle - auch Geschirr gibt es reichlich. Außerdem ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zu Christina war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos: Modern, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir waren beruflich für ein paar Workshoptage vor Ort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die ruhige Umgebung und das stilvolle Ambiente haben eine inspirierende Atmosphäre geschaffen, in der kreatives Arbeiten wunderbar möglich war. Saartje ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sehr herzlich, schnell erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, und auch ein späterer Check-out war nach vorheriger Absprache völlig unkompliziert möglich. Wir waren zu 100 % zufrieden und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, sowohl für berufliche Aufenthalte als auch für private Auszeiten.

Wij hadden tijdens onze week wat koude dagen met regen. Dat was ook een reden om dit huis te boeken. Met mooi weer is het super om buiten te verblijven in de tuin met de terrassen en als het regent is er genoeg te beleven binnen met veel ruimte en vrijheid als je met twee gezinnen gaat. Frank reageert erg snel en vriendelijk. Alles was schoon. De beschrijving is wat het is! Er is genoeg te doen in de buurt en binnen een uurtje rijden door het mooie Zwarte Woud is er van alles te doen. Mooie meren, dierentuin, mooie dorpjes, kabelbanen op de bergen op te gaan. Erg leuk!

Really nice villa with a superb view over Bludenz. Support from the owner and their service company was outstanding. We had, or at least we thought we had, issues with the heating and the dishwasher, both were fixed on the same day. Nice and friendly team.

Excellent location for visiting Freiburg and hiking. We were a group of 6 adults (2 married couples and 2 singles). Everyone had their own room. The was upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. I appreciated the age of the house, built in 1871 (if I am remembering correctly, according to Frank). Clothes washer and dryer worked well after a long travel day and a long hiking day.

Christina was a wonderful host! 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und war für diesen Preis jeden Cent wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einzig der hohe zusätzliche Betrag für Bettwäsche und das komplizierte Smart Home sind zu kritisieren. Hier wäre eine kurze Einweisung sicher sinnvoll.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, im Garten kann man in Ruhe entspannen und dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in ein paar minuten in Straßburg. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Terrasse und Pool! Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Laura ist sehr einfach, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter!

Wir hatten einer super schöne Zeit, in einem traumhaft schönen Haus. Die Sauna reicht für 3 Personen was uns genügte. Kommunikation mit dem Host war freundlich, nett und vor allem schnell. Parken ging problemlos direkt vor dem Eingang. Und der Spar (Supermarkt) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Nous avons eu un bon contact avec Isabelle et Christophe. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par la maman, avec une maison propre et tout était installé. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable. Nous avons eu de bonnes explications avec un petit livret récapitulatif, qui nous a bien servi. La piscine est très fonctionnelle et très conviviale. Nous recommandons à 100% ces hôtes et cette maison. On revient bientôt 😉

La maison est très spacieuse avec un environnement très calme. Proche de Strasbourg, je recommande vivement! Mathieu est très réactif.

Wir waren 3 Familien mit jeweils einem 2, 5 und 9 jährigen Kind. Unser Hund war auch dabei. Wir haben unser Silvester dort verbracht. Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft war super sauber. Wer ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen möchte und gerne kocht, ist dort perfekt aufgehoben. Selten eine so perfekt ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden. Der Hund konnte in dem kompletten großen Garten rumspringen, da alles komplett umzäunt war und kam so auch auf seine Kosten. Wir würden dort sofort wieder hingehen! Klare Empfehlung!

the house was just what we wanted clean, comfortable, in a quiet place and within walking distance of a supermarket 5 mins walk, and the cafe am see a few minutes away also the center of schulchee 10 mins walk away. The hosts Jan & Tine were very responsive to any queries that we had, the only slight problem which for us but was not an issue, was with the TV runs of of an apple box and it wouldn't connect to the signal which was not a problem for us, the WiFi worked well other than that nothing everything was great. I would recommend staying here if you are on a hiking vacation like us it central to a lot of good hikes and varied scenery. a very good relaxing stay.

Die Unterkunft von Philipp ist insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern ausserordentlich geeignet. Die Verfügbarkeit von 3 Duschen oder Bad mit WC und einem Badezimmer ist sehr angenehm und komfortabel. Das Haus wurde geschmackvoll und aufwendig von einem Bauernhof zu einem "heimeligen" Zuhause umgebaut. Der grosse zur Verfügung stehende Platz im und um das Haus herum ist in der Tat ausserordentlich (Spielsachen, Hobbyraum, Schwimmbad, Grillplatz und viel weiteres mehr) und dürfte eine Ausnahme sein unter den Angeboten von Airbnb. Die uneingeschränkte Küchenbenützung und der übrigen Gegenstände und Geräte im Haus (Waschmaschine, Trockner, etc.) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angehm gestaltet. Philipp hat sich auch bereiterklärt, unser Elektroauto an der Haussteckdose laden zu können (ohne Aufpreis). Die Präsenz von zwei Katzen war sehr symphatisch und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir können die Unterkunft von Philipp uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
