This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

The apartment is in a historic building, with the original brick vaults, just outside the village walls. It consists of a large living area, with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and table, and sleeping area with double bed. The bathroom has been recently renovated, as has the kitchen. Located in the parallel of the main street with its restaurants, bars, and shops. Beaches and shores are within a 5-minute walk, as is the marina for boarding to the Tremiti Islands.

Centrally located, close restaurants, supermarkets, bars. Few minutes from the beach, no need to use the car. The apartment has been recently remodeled and it has everything that you may need for a perfect vacation. Dishwasher, washing machine, 2 full bathrooms and a great balcony where you can relax, read a book, have breakfast or simply enjoy the view. Free use of 2 bikes for our guests (based on availability) if requested before the reservation

Just steps from the Cathedral, the Castle, and the beaches, and within walking distance of the train station and the ferry to the Tremiti Islands.
