Staying at Naoki's place was fantastic! We were just there one night, but it felt super cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with cooking utensils etc. The only thing I'd note is the location, we got in a bit later and the transit options are fairly limited + uber from the airport at 1am was very expensive (~40 euro for a <10 min drive). But Naoki was also very responsive even in the early morning and tried to help us find an alternative way which was very kind. I think especially for exploring the area a bit longer this would be an excellent excellent choice for anyone!

Fantastic Place, highly suggested!

Neomi is a wonderful host. She was the friendliest, sweetest and most helpful host we've ever stayed with in an Airbnb. She responds immediately to messages and gives good advice. She welcomed us very nicely and helped us carry our things. The house was exactly as described. It was spotless everywhere and smelled very good. The only disadvantage is that the house is far from the city center of Rome, but you can reach the city center by public transport. The bus station is nearby. I can highly recommend it.

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Stephano – thank you for an amazing stay! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but none compare to the care you showed. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. All the amenities worked, and the location was ideal—just 15 mins from the Colosseum and close to public transport. 100/10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Grazie, Stephano!

We spent a few days in this lovely place . Simonetta and Tonino welcomed us warmly. We had some great tips about the neighborhood and sightseeing in Rome. They were available and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

Loved visiting Anzio and Nettuno and staying in Stefano’s place! Short walk to the beach and into town where there is the port, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, etc. Beaches are gorgeous and the cave/tunnels and ruins were an added adventure.

Giacomo & his mom were quick to respond. They were kind enough to let us check-in early. Their apartment is beautiful! My family & I wish we were there for more than just one night - had an early flight out of Rome. The apartment has everything you need. Grocery store was close by. Restaurants are within walking distance. It's about a 15min drive to Ostia Antica if you have time to sightsee. Highly recommend Giacomo's place.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. The perfect Airbnb before an early flight out of Rome Airport. Lorenzo is an incredible and responsive host. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. Easy to walk to get pizza and gelato. Highly recommend!

This place is very well equipped, quite, everything works. We found the most of what we needed (besides the usual also the kitchen utensils, detergents, cleaning utensils are there, the towels are already a bit old). The view is great, the balcony very nice. The car can be parked in the back yard. It is only a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, there is garbage on the beach. If you take a walk to the left on the beach there is even more garbage so not very pleasant. All in all, we had a very good stay. The only thing to improve: chairs at the dining table are not very comfortable.

Impeccable stay thanks to the availability of Manuel and his co-hosts. Check-in is fabulous, allowing total freedom of movement and independence. The apartment is strategically located in the newest and most commercial area of the Europarco in southern Rome. Despite this, it is very quiet. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. In the area, it is definitely one of the best solutions available

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Very nice apartment with everything you need. It's very quiet

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

The apartment was like illustrated in the photos. The host was always ready to reply at every our questions. It was a pleasant stay, I recommend this place due to its position and closeness to one of the most beautiful neighborhood in Rome.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
