Wonderful stay – felt like home! The apartment was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the sea and right next to a big supermarket. Our host was super friendly, always available, and made us feel very welcome. It really felt like home. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Bellissimo soggiorno in zona tranquilla ma molto comoda! Siamo stati ospiti da Alessio per pochi giorni ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa Vantaggi dell’appartamento: - Doppio parcheggio privato in cortile - Living della casa ampio - Letto comodissimo - Posizione tranquilla ma comoda (in alta stagione consiglio le bici per andare al mare se si vuole evitare di pagare il parcheggio) - Cucina accessoriata Ottima l’idea della cassettina per il ritiro delle chiavi Insomma siamo stati benissimo, alla prossima!

Ich hatte eine richtig schöne Woche in der Wohnung! Empfangen wurde ich von Ericas Freundin, die mir alles gezeigt hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche!). Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich komplett abdunkeln und das Bett war bequem. Insgesamt war alles wie beschrieben. Auch zum Arbeiten zwischendurch war es sehr angenehm, dank Schreibtisch und stabilem Internet. Die Lage in Lido di Camaiore ist gut, man ist schnell am Strand und hat trotzdem Ruhe. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza al mare grazie a questa casa. Situata al piano terra, la casa era accogliente e dotata di un ampio giardino, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il bel tempo. All'interno, la casa esattamente come da foto, perfettamente adeguata per ospitare quattro persone, con tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era fantastica, a pochi passi dal mare, il che ci ha permesso di godere appieno delle giornate in spiaggia senza doverci preoccupare dei trasporti. Un grande vantaggio inoltre è stato il parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti alla casa, estremamente comodo. Il check-in è stato facilissimo e senza problemi. L'host, Dario, è stato eccezionale: sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. È davvero una persona straordinaria che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri al mare.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, comodo e con la possibilità di parcheggiare l' auto, riparata dalle piante. in generale abbiamo sentito un senso di libertà elevato, appartamento tranquillo, le scale non sono un problema, ben condizionato! scendi è c'è tutto a 2 passi e il mare è davvero comodo. In tre siamo stati benissimo. consiglio questo!

appartamento accogliente, super accessoriato si trova in zona tranquilla ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi e anche il supermercato. Tatiana sempre gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, 2.5 year old toddler, and myself (7 months pregnant) had the most wonderful stay at Chiara’s home in Viareggio. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to the beach and great fam friendly beach clubs, great restos, stores, cafes. The home is beautiful (as pictured), very clean, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay with a toddler— beach towels, an extra cot set up for our toddler, a diaper bin, a booster seat, sand toys. Kitchen was also well stocked with the basics for cooking, washing machine, and AC in the rooms. Moreover, Chiara was extremely accesible and responsive during our stay with instructions, local recommendations, including setting us up with a parking pass. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed vacation for a family— plus easy/close driving to surrounding towns and sights! thank you Chiara for going above and beyond! Hope to come back soon.

Ho alloggiato una settimana nell’alloggio e mi sono trovata molto bene corrispondeva alle foto dell’annuncio ,pulito e molto vicino alle spiagge . Il signor Ugo gentilissimo mi ha permesso di entrare anche prima nell’appartamento .

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Per prima cosa una posizione fantastica, l’appartamento praticamente in spiaggia, svegliarsi e guardare il mare è stato bellissimo. Poi la posizione per raggiungere le mete che ci eravamo prefissati è stata perfetta. L’appartamento molto carino, pulito e Sarà sempre pronta per qualsiasi cosa occorresse.

Tutto perfetto come da foto, appartamento molto funzionale. Comodissimo il patia all'aperto con i bambini. Posizione comoda per andare al mare e centrale per la passeggiata. A pochi minuti a piedi c'è anche un Conad super fornito. Giacomo super disponibile per chekin e sopratutto flessibile per il chekout Quindi tutto perfetto.

Tres bonne communication avec Francesco qui est aux "petits soins". Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Pise, les Cinque Terre. Il est également bien équipé. La literie est de bonne qualité.

Appartamento con stanze spaziose e luminose, comodo e funzionale. Comunicazioni chiare e tempestive, tutto bene organizzato. Perfetto per una vacanza a Viareggio!

Absolutely fantastic. Amazing host! They were so kind and generous to our family. Firstly the met us when we arrived. Next we went into the apartment and they had thoughtfully left snacks and drinks for our kids. It was a surprise ! The apartment itself was enormous and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The location was a very short walk to the train station as well as excellent proximity to restaurants and shops. This was by far the nicest Airbnb we stayed at during our 2 week trip to France / Italy. Could not say enough things about an our hosts or the apartment.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Francescas wunderschönem, idyllischen Häuschen umgeben von Wald. Francesca ist eine supernette Gastgeberin mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zu Aktivitäten oder Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch viel, viel besser. ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi, goed verzorgd huisje, op een prachtige plek. De jacuzzi was heerlijk om af te koelen.

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

Notre séjour à Fiascherino a été magique. L’appartement est encore plus joli que sur les photos et vraiment fonctionnel. La terrasse et la vue sont sublimes. Les alentours, en particulier Tellaro sont si jolis ! Merci Giuliano, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

It took a little work to find it, but wow what a reward awaits for those willing to make the effort. Patios with sweeping coastal views surround the entire amazing apartment. If you follow Gianni's instructions, you will get there! My only suggestion would be- bring backpacks or bags you can re-pack and carry from the parking lot if possible. Dragging suitcases along the very narrow/winding path to the apartment was a real challenge. If you are like us, Americans looking to get a taste of Italy away from our fellow countrymen, you couldn't pick a better place than Tellaro. I think we were the only Americans in town for the three days we were there. There are some great beaches nearby, but don't miss swimming off the rocks in town. And if you want to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, don't take the train from La Spezia, take the Cinque Terre boat from Lerici. You'll want to spend time in Porto Venere as well.
