Appartement très confortable, tranquille, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes autour. La présence de la chienne Elie est certainement un plus! Nous nous ennuyons déjà d’elle. Merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil, et les bonnes recommendations pour explorer les Abruzzes!

Accoglienza super. Al nostro arrivo accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità accompagnati da arrosticini tipici abruzzesi e salsiccia appena arrostita. Di meglio non si poteva trovare. Appena possibile ci ritornerò senza esitazione. Consigliatissimo

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die sehr grosse Terrasse bietet eine atemberaubende Aus- und Weitsicht. Das Haus steht direkt am sehr schönen und sauberen Sandstrand. Die Stadt Termoli ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Ubytování u Noemi a Alessandra bylo jednoduše skvělé.Vše odpovídá fotkám i popisu,je vidět, že apartmán s láskou a péčí udržují.Instrukce k příjezdu byly detailní a přesné, takže jsme snadno našli a ubytovali se.Děkuji Noemi za vstřícnost k mému nadstandardnímz prsní ohledně spaní.Krásná terasa a odjezd bez potíží.Mohu jen doporučit!!

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Ottima scelta l'appartamento di Francesco. Ha gestito tutto Deborah, alla perfezione. Appartamento moderno e ben arredato. Il riscaldamento (in questo periodo serve anche in questi posti!) funziona benissimo ed è veloce a riscaldare l'ambiente. Letti comodi. Cucina fornita del necessario. Francesco sempre velocissimo a rispondere ai messaggi. Da ritornarci sicuramente quando saremo nuovamente in quei posti!

We have been at Eugenio's place three times over the past 2 years. It has always been a great experience! Eugenio is the perfect host: friendly, proactive and responsive. The flat is very comfortable and functional, it is well located within waking distance from groceries, (the best) bakery in the area, coffee shops and the historical centre of the small town. It is easy to reach by car from the highway and you can park for free just along the street. It is well equipped, with air con system for the hot months and a good heating system for the winter. Beautiful view from the large windows (perfectly tight and isolated). I can only warmly recommend a staying at Eugenio's place!

È stato un soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Atessa è un gioiellino e l’appartamento si trova in posizione centralissima ma riparata, ed è insonorizzato dalla vivace piazza Garibaldi adiacente. Il supermercato è ad un passo e per noi che venivamo in visita a parenti muoverci è stato comodissimo. Anna Pia ci ha accolto con grande sollecitudine e gentilezza, facendoci sentire a casa. L’appartamento recentemente ristrutturato è molto bello e arredato con gusto, ha tutte le comodità combinate con il ricordo della sua struttura antica. Particolarmente apprezzati le tapparelle che offrono buio completo la notte, il riscaldamento/ condizionamento autonomo che è stato prezioso per garantire a mio padre anziano un ambiente confortevole; gli scalda salviette in bagno ed il terrazzino che è una chicca con vista sulla chiesa di San Rocco e la piazza. Abbiamo trovato la base di appoggio perfetta anche per i nostri prossimi viaggi in Atessa.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

What a gracious, energetic, knowledgeable, and friendly host! Annalisa greeted us upon arrival, made sure we parked safely, and walked us through everything we needed to know about the lovely, efficient apartment—with its fabulous views! She also knows so much about Vasto and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat at reasonable prices, along with other helpful local tips. The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside. We took some beautiful drives into the mountains and visited nearby beaches, all easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was spotless, and the washing machine came in handy during our extended trip. We also appreciated the lift, which made bringing in our luggage easy and hassle-free. Definitely recommend and would return!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! L’host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile fin dal primo contatto. L’appartamento era molto pulito, immerso nel verde, silenzioso e super attrezzato: non mancava davvero nulla. Ottimo per un weekend romantico o per chi desidera rilassarsi qualche giorno al mare. La posizione è comoda: supermercati a pochi minuti in auto, e anche il centro di Ortona si raggiunge facilmente. Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento sito al centro storico di Scanno (piena zona pedonale), molto pulito, silenzioso, ben distribuito (zona giorno al piano superiore) e fornito di tutto ed oltre il necessario per poter trascorrere un ottimo soggiorno. Filomena è molto gentile, puntuale e reattiva oltre che simpatica e affabile. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Die Wohnung ist wenige Meter entfernt vom Strand und ist gut ausgestattet! Die Terrasse ist privat und sehr groß. Während unseren Aufenthalt hat der Whirlpool leider nicht funktioniert was wir sehr schade fanden, vielleicht haben wir das nächste Mal mehr Glück. Danke Lorenza für den schönen Aufenthalt!

bellissima struttura, tutto fedelmente corrispondente alle foto e descrizione dell'annuncio. É una piccola ma bellissima oasi rigenerante di tranquillità e bellezza , ottima per lasciarsi dietro le spalle ritmi frenetici e stress. Amelia e il compagno sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza e mai invadenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Luogo stupendo. Intimo, Molto rilassante, pieno di dettagli ed accortezze, molto pulito. Proprietario gentilissimo, molto simpatico e attento a dare ogni indicazione. La zona è molto tranquilla. Se si desidera pace é un buon luogo dove “fuggire”.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Antonio si è mostrato gentilissimo sin dal momento del check in, per il quale ha atteso con grande disponibilità con comunicazioni pronte e veloci via telefono. Una volta arrivati si è premurato di consigliarci luoghi dove mangiare la cucina tipica e si è messo a disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno per qualunque necessità. L'alloggio è pulito, silenzioso, fresco e molto accogliente. Esperienza e host molto consigliati!

Piccolo angolo di relax. Locali puliti ed in ordine, con tutto il necessario. I dettagli fanno la differenza. come i led, Netflix, la vasca, il muschio sulle pareti ecc... consigliatissimo.
