Monthly Rentals in Lido di Fermo

I was looking for an apartment near the beach so I wouldn't have to walk or drive miles every day, (with the stress of parking). Annalisa's apartment is very close to the sea, 100 meters from the beach and allows you to fully enjoy beach life, as we like it. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the parking space in the inner courtyard, the presence of all appliances in the apartment and air conditioners in every room for a relaxing vacation. Although we didn't have many opportunities to see each other since there were no problems, Annalisa made a great impression on us, a kind and caring Host. Paolo M

Very spacious and comfortable place. Immense balcony where you can eat out. Impeccably clean Nico was very helpful when we arrived, explaining everything about the area. Very cool room thanks to the weather. Area equipped with everything with many free beaches and a walk in the evening with stalls and lots of fun! It's a train, it's definitely there but the fixtures isolate well and it's not a problem. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. Sabino is an excellent host. Coming back here... is like going home for me.
