I absolutely loved staying here 🫶🏻😊🇮🇹 Paolo was so friendly and helpful! The apartment has everything you need! The view is so beautiful, you can sit on the balcony for ages! It is so peaceful. Lovely restaurants near by and cafes/shops. It really is a wonderful stay. The pillows on the bed would also so comfy!!! Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed it very much, easy to get by train into Rome and 15 min walk to the beach. Functional housing with grocery store right next door. Quick and pleasant communication with the host. We found plenty of restaurants and were very pleased!

Wonderful place and host. Perfect location close to beach and on the piazza. One downside is the noise from a nightclub on Friday nights, but I would still highly recommend this place.

The apartment is exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and with everything you need. Particularly noteworthy are the two balconies, where you can relax wonderfully. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance - supermarkets, restaurants, bars and several beautiful beaches, which can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes. The harbor, with its many good restaurants and bars, is also just a short walk away. The air conditioning was really worth its weight in gold in the summer temperatures. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking directly in front of the apartment - super practical. The Anzio train station is also just a few minutes away. From there, you can reach Rome airport or the city center in about two hours - perfect for a day trip. A personal insider tip: the small pastry shop diagonally opposite the apartment – definitely try it! We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of Lago di Albano. Castel Gandolfo the town is a 10 minute walk away, which is convenient. Good designated parking in front. Valeria was very responsive t noir needs ot questions.

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

Proper disclosure, we booked accommodation for two nights from today to tomorrow, because there were changes in our flight, the host agreed to cancel one night without charge, then there was another change and we had to cancel the extra night, we had to pay for one night and the host contacted support to cancel for us without charge. Thank you very much.

Super furnished apartment, thought of everything. From fly screens on the windows to ceiling fans. The pool was great, especially in the strong heat. Very nice landlady and very friendly caretaker on site, you feel very well taken care of, we would come back.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

Everything was perfect! Marco was very available and responsive. The instructions given by phone and in person were clear and accurate.

The apartment was clean and as described. Location is good for access to public transit, to get into the main city of Rome it took less than one hour and was fairly straight forward. Riccardo was very responsive and willing to accommodate!
