You enter the veranda through a small gate, pass the spiral staircase for the flat on the top floor and reach the dining table surrounded by plants. From here you enter the one-bedroom flat, which is furnished to a high standard with nautical items. The flat also has a brick-built kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
