A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply adorable people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro... and of all of you!

Excellent weekend stay for a friends’ wedding! Flexible and easy to check in. Apartment so lovely and spacious. Very cute private outdoor area and right on the main area of town. Beautiful sunlight coming in through big gorgeous windows filling the high ceilings Z Sleeping was honestly lovely - very comfortable bed and pillows (which never happens at airbnbs) and she even had blackout curtains! 10/10 recommend and host was so attentive and lovely!

Christiana made us feel extremely welcomed. Had even bought us a wide range of breakfast items at arrival.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. Poppi is the most beautiful place and now holds a very special place in our hearts. We feel very lucky to have found such a great place to stay in such a lovely apartment.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

The Loggia del Grillo is a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and comfort in Faenza. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the center, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà

We enjoyed it a lot, it was very tranquil and we also loved that it felt like an old historical farm. Beautiful walks right at the back of it

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
