Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Check-out: free luggage storage until midnight. Independent entrance with security door. Duplex bedroom/living area with private bathroom. Without extra costs, upon simple request, I prepare the double sofa bed in the separate living room. 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the station. Third floor with elevator, with exposed beams. The systems and furnishings are new, comfortable and modern. The room is bright and ventilated. The windows overlook a romantic square.
