Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Cozy garden cottage for up to 2 people, located on the southern outskirts of Graz. All animals are welcome. Heating is provided by wood (tabletop stove). Bus stop approx. 200 meters away, public parking (free) approx. 200 meters away, loading and unloading possible on the property. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house, where the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.

It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.
