Excellent stay at Madonna delle Grazie from May 17 to 24, 2025. Site in the middle of nature with a view of the sea very close and access to the small beach on foot. Extremely peaceful, functional, well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Beautiful shaded terrace. Security at the entrance of the residential area. Quick access by car to Capoliveri for shopping. Many restaurants nearby, as well as sandy beaches. Lorena, our hostess, gets in touch with us very quickly. She is warm and very attentive to our wishes, and does so with complete discretion. So yes, our stay on the island of Elba was very successful and in line with our expectations. We can only recommend this place and will be happy to come back.

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at the property. The furnishings are very nice with stylish furniture, a large bathroom, the kitchen is small but everything you need is there with a modern induction stove and appliances. Apartment is ideal for couples. The highlight is definitely the garden where we spent a lot of time with large pine trees as a natural shade. Alessandra and her husband were very helpful. All in all, a super nice holiday...happy to come back.

We come to Capoliveri almost every year but this is Alessandro's first time at home and I think we'll be back. The house is very welcoming, clean and with everything you need. From all the windows you can see the sea. The location is close to downtown but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The access staircase is a little steep but still not slippery and with handrails.
