A family home since the beginning, the "little" house has seen our children and grandchildren grow up. Old farmhouse located on a quiet street next to the village castle, it is the starting point for many marked hikes, both pedestrian and cyclist. Ideal for families with children (5 bedrooms), it has a discreet sandbox, a barrier closing the garden on the street side, and a barbecue. Wi-Fi. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
